Founded in 1986, the Beer Institute is the official trade association for the American brewing industry, whose 222 members include national, regional, local and international brewers as well as suppliers of brewing goods, services and agricultural products. The Beer Institute builds upon the principles of the industry's first trade association in 1862. Together, its members produce 93 percent of the beer brewed in America. |
